■        Making effective procurement decisions: applying price, cost and value

Who should attend ?

This seminar has been specifically designed to address the needs of managers in all disciplines who are involved in negotiating or managing commercial contracts. This includes : Purchasing and Procurement Officers, Executives responsible for supplying goods and services , commercial Executives and Managers, Project and Contract Managers, Key Personnel involved in facilities Management, company secretaries and officers.
